My name is William Rufus, “Rufus” to my friends. I am a blue & white piebald and have been told I have the cutest ever blue nose. Though I am named for a king, I haven't been treated very royally in my life. However, things are looking up for me recently. An angel saw me listed for $20 on Craigslist and came to my rescue. She got me partially fixed up so I would feel more comfortable and then worked to get me into rescue. According to the vet I have a low-thyroid issue, so I take a small, inexpensive pill twice a day, but I don’t mind taking it at all!  Due to my thyroid situation, I packed on a bunch of weight and lost a bunch of hair… but I’ve been hitting the dog park and the spa and have already starting slimming down AND growing hair!  I am great with other dogs, big and small and love visiting the dog park and going places in the car. I’m learning to really soak up love and attention and have found that I really love to snugg...
